Logitech Protective Covers for K270 Keyboard - Silicone, 3 x 7.5 x 1.5 inches

All of my computer keyboards develop huge dents in the keys after awhile. Lots of typing plus long nails tends to do that. So I knew in advance this cover was going to get a lot of wear. It's been one year since I bought this cover, and it's still looking like I just bought it. I love typing on it, as the friction makes it a little easier to type, and it keeps debris completely away from the keys. To find a keyboard model that has a form-fit cover available for it was amazing. I would have been okay with replacing the cover now and again, but so far I haven't needed to. I have 3 of these keyboads and covers, and they're all holding up beautifully. I would definitely recommend the combo if you're interested in never having to get crumbs and debris out of your keyboard.

I purchased this for the keyboard on the PC in my wood shop to keep the dust out of the keyboard. For that purposes, it works well. Fits nicely on my Logitech K270 wireless keyboard. The only issue I have is that frequently when I move the keyboard, the cover lifts - this can happen however I move the keyboard. While being able to remove it easily can be useful, having it come off when I don't want or need it to can be a bit annoying. Not something that would keep me from purchasing again.

Wish I had got this cover years ago and it's so inexpensive. I have spilled drinks on keyboards before and they get dusty and dirty and gross with time and heavy use. This cover fits perfectly and I anticipate that over time, regardless of spills or dust, the keyboard will appear brand new. The keys can be seen very clearly through the silicone cover...great product!

Covers the keyboard completely. Not snug but it fits around the edges and molds with the keys. Very thin material (but it kinda has to be) so it doesn't hold up against cat claws, rips easily (reason for 4 stars). But, I like it. Like the feel when typing. It took some getting used to but now, I won't go back to bare keys. Protects the keyboard very well.

Love this cover to prevent things from slipping into the keyboard. Over time, my old keyboard cover eventually got some holes in it from use. When I changed the cover, the old cover had debris (dust, dirt, etc) on it. Thankfully, the cover prevented that debris from getting into the keyboard. The cover is fairly thin, so it might not be built for durability. It is a fine line between making the cover thin enough for the keyboard to be responsive versus a thicker cover that might reduce the keyboard’s effectiveness. I use my keyboard and cover a lot for work and did not want to hurt the item’s rating because of the question about durability. It is possible my usage is more excessive than most and that contributed to the cover wearing out sooner.

Before buying this cover, I used compressed-gar duster to clean. It was troublesome and I kept having to buy the gas. Costing more, time and effort. Since having this cover more than a year ago, everything is easy. Just use a brush to clean from time to time. Less worry if a family member (or myself) accidentally has coffee on the keyboard. We use the desktop PC very much. Dirt is naturally collected more. There are various vendors offer this type of cover. I bought one from Logitech for myself and one from another vendor for a relative. Personally, I like the one from Logitech better. It fully covers the edge of keyboard. The cover from the other vendors does not fully cover. However, it looks like Logitech changes their product. The photo on this webpage does not show covering the whole edge. Compare it with my photo in the attachment. The Logitech cover costs more than the other vendors, even though the price goes down a little bit during the last year. But, if the edge is no longer fully protected, one should weight whether it is price effective. More than one vendors offer this cover. Note: Although I am a member of Amazon Vine, I bought these covers from my own money, before I am invited to be Amazon Vine. I wait for more than a year to see how I like it to write this review. In summary, the cover is a good investment. Added 2023-06-16: I just bought one more cover of this product today. Although the photo on the product description on this webpage does not show that it covers all the edges as I wrote above, the actual product that I receive today does cover all edges, same as I bought last year. [Again, not all vendors do so.]
