ABC Animals!: A Scanimation Picture Book

I bought this for my grandson when I saw it at my job. The images are so well put together. They really do look like they are moving. They keep a child interested.

My grandkids are amazed at the moving animals! Fun book with fun pictures!

I first saw these scanimation books in a gift shop and my mind was blown. They are so intensely ingenious to me, an adult. I think children would love them too. The way animals fly, crawl, swim, and swing is like a video in a book. No electricity needed!

I am in my late 50's and I had no idea such a book existed. I have not seen this delightful book in a brick and mortar store. I find it absolutely amazing. When I opened the book and saw how the picture seems to move across the page I thought it must be digital. I closed the book and looked for a battery compartment, none was found. I do not know how this wonderful innovation works, but I am certain my grandchildren will enjoy this book. I love unique things. This book is worth purchasing.

My son and I have a great time reading through this book. Its enjoyable and keeps him entertained.

I absolutely love having books for my grandsons that have motion and NO electronics! I wouldn't have believed they could be so real if I hadn't seen it. From 2 to 6 years old, my grandsons are fascinated. For the really little ones, they should be supervised, though. The pages can be torn from their moorings, and I can't figure out a way to fix it. The rest of the book works fine, but that page doesn't. (And Gramma can fix most anything!) Well worth the money!

I have purchased several of these scanimation picture books for my grandchildren to enjoy, and found that I enjoy reading them also. They are the first books they go to when they come to my house. They love the movement of the animals. My only wish is that this one was in color, like some of the other ones I have purchased, and that the pictures were larger.

An excellent book I bought it for my 2 year old grandson maybe a bit too young as there is so much to look at in this book.

店に数冊このシリーズを置いています。大人は動きに驚いて何回も見ますが、サッサッサとページをめくることが多いです。子供がそ～っと開いて、そ～っと閉じてまで、ギリギリまで本を横からのぞき込んでいる姿を見ると、嬉しくなってしまいます。
