I recently ordered 2 MOUNT-IT TV floor stands from Amazon. The packages delivered, seemed to be returned items with both packages missing several nuts and bolts.I reached out to the seller, and they went above and beyond to address the issue. Not only did they promptly respond to my question, they also shipped me 2 brand floor stands from their warehouse, which was a pleasant surprise and truly appreciated.The replacement TV mount is very sturdy and well-made, exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble, and my TV feels secure on it.The customer service I received was outstanding; the seller was gracious, responsive, and quick to resolve the issue. Loved how easy this was to put together comes with a nice case. Very sturdy which is needed because my husband does karaoke. Item is very light weight so easy to move if needed. easy to move the size to what you want. Very happy with product .

Because of a great Black Friday deal, my boys talked me into upgrading the family room TV to a 55 inch then moving the 42 inch into my bedroom. I didn’t want to mount it and didn’t want to give up dresser space so we decided to try this and place it at the foot of my bed. I have to admit I wasn’t crazy about putting a TV in my bedroom but I am coming around. This stand is far more sturdy than we anticipated, even with the largest set it will accommodate. The footprint is negligible as I was able to keep the quilt rack in place which goes over what isn’t hidden under the bed (I hope that made sense). Definitely a stellar purchase. Assembly was extremely easy. My son says the instructions were very clear, extra hardware was included to support different configurations as well as tools needed for assembly.My boys were far more excited about this than I was initially but this stand has definitely won me over.

So far so good... I had to buy Mount/Bracket that would work to attach my 27" 21lbs. iMac computer.I bought this: (VIVO Adapter VESA Mount Kit / Bracket for Apple 21.5” and 27” iMac (Late 2009 to Current Models) LED Display Computer (STAND-MACB))Since I currently live in an apartment, I could not drill holes in the wall for a computer/TV wall mount, and my glass workstation desk would not support a Desk Mount Arm Clamp type. So I did some researching and found this one that could handle the size and weight of my iMac (27" - 21 lbs.), and that will not break the bank.It took a bit longer than I thought to put it together, some bolt pieces that were pre-installed on the poll -came apart in shipping(?) but, I was able to find the pieces in the box. The instructions did not label each piece(nuts/bolts) being used. Also, the bags that pieces (nuts/bolts) were in was not labeled. Once put together and I put the monitor/computer on the pole -it slides easily on carpet.The only con I found was that the mount only moves the screen up or down. I cannot turn the monitor to the left or right without having to move the whole base to the direction I want. The monitor only moves at angles up and down due to the mount I useI'll follow up in about a month with how the stand is doing...3/8/19 So far so good. It does lean forward at bit. I think due to it being on carpet.

I have had this in my house for a year and a half. It was easy to assemble, is very sturdy and stable, and yet easily relocated when I want to move it. One minor complaint is that it isn't easy to adjust the height with the television mounted in place because you have to remove two bolts that are stuck through the support shaft. With the TV in place, the part you are attempting to adjust is pretty heavy. This is easy with two people but a challenge for one. Other than adjusting the height (which I've only had to do once) I think this stand is very nicely designed.

I returned the item because it did not work I did not want to refund I just wanted I new TV. I never received it since July 2024. I have not received a refund or anything from Amazon or Best Buy.

I only have a 27inch monitor on it but this thing is SOLID! 5 stars because what I'm about to say is just a suggestion to make it even better! The only thing I would change is the 2 bolts you use to make it higher or lower. Currently they are Allen Key nuts and bolts. If your just changed the nuts to wing nuts (which I might do myself) and made the bolts squared off and going into a squared off hole like you have on the bottom of the stand it would be MUCH easier to adjust the height without tools. Thanks!
