batteries do not over heat
excellent product very easy to use love the that it is fan cooled works great for my large batteries 60v great price for the money. a must have. I'm going to be buying more.

Works well
... and fast! I actually keep this in the trunk of my Ridgeline as I often need to recharge one of two Ridgeline batteries, when I'm working on a driveway project i.e., cutting and grinding out cracks for repair. It will fully charge a dead battery in about 20 minutes. Good buy.

Great fast charger for 20V MAX.
Output at 8 amps charged my 5AH Dewalt 20V MAX batteries in no time. Way faster than DCB107 or DCB115 chargers I've used. Fan cooled unit; Charger and battery stayed cool during charging. Quality feel to plastic and solid construction. Great charger. Definitely worth it. Liked it so much and price was so good bought two.

Table stakes for 60V FLEXVOLT batteries
DeWalt makes a dizzying array of chargers for their tool batteries. This is the one you want if you want to recharge a DeWalt FLEXVOLT 20V/60V battery. It has the power to charge a FLEXVOLT battery in a reasonable time, and the cooling fan needed to do so safely. It'll also recharge standard DeWalt 20V batteries more quickly than the standard 20V chargers they include in tool bundles. The one downside is that the fan is loud while charging. It's fine out in the garage. Could be an issue if your charger is in the living room. Unlike third-party chargers, this genuine DeWalt charger is UL listed, so it's less likely to burn your house down, and it won't give your homeowner's insurance an excuse not to pay out if it does. It also won't overcharge your batteries, damaging them and possibly causing that fire.
