Our ironing board used to be leant up against the wall behind the door, and kept falling over. This hook is just the job to hold it upright against the wall. Easy to drill into the wall. Set to the right height, the ironing board is still stood on the ground supporting it's weight so the hook doesn't take all the strain. Good value and fit for purpose.

Whilst refurbishing an under stairs cupboard I was looking for something to get the ironing board off of the floor. This hanger was ideal. Easy to fit and no quality issues. I screwed it into a brick wall rather than a plaster board wall. If fitting to a plaster board wall then the screws prabably need to go through into wood to ensure the weight of the ironing board doesnt pull the hanger off of the wall. The ironing board closed up and lay tight against the wall when hung. It came with what looks like a back of a door hook which I have not used yet.
