Excellent quality and effectiveness for improving sleep
The leg and knee support pillow for side sleepers works as advertised. I am having knee pain from overuse injury and am also a side sleeper. Been using this pillow for over a week now and would definitely recommend it for ease of use, pain management and improved quality of sleep. The pillow is well made, and has a removable cover to launder when needed. The memory foam is very comfortable and appears to be of good quality with no loss of support.

Great Product
I am using this product for another purpose. I am female, 69 years old, 5' 3", 108 lbs. I had toe surgery on all 5 toes for hammertoes and crossover toes. I needed to keep my foot elevated for at least 1 week following surgery and periodically after that for another few weeks to prevent swelling. All of the "after surgery" pillows I looked at were too large for me. This pillow is the perfect size and gave me the choice of either resting my ankle/foot in the indented area to elevate it 5" or turning the pillow on it's side and to elevate my foot 7". The pillow was easy enough to carry around while using my cane when transferring from the bed to the couch. The cover was soft and very comfortable and the pillow, while firm enough to provide support, was very comfortable - not hard. It was absolutely the perfect choice and I'm sure that if I were using it for a knee pillow I would be equally satisfied. This is a great, versatile product.

NON-RETURNABLE and sizing matters
Be very careful when purchasing this item, in very small print it says the pillow is Non-Returnable. Given Amazon's generous return policy, it is easy to purchase this and not notice this specific detail. The pillow itself is well made and might fit another person nicely. I am 5'7 and slender and despite exhaustive research and reading the reviews, this pillow was too bulky and ended up making the pain worse. Disappointing in the company, but not the product. My fault entirely for missing the NON-Returnable label. Heads up for everyone else

Takes some getting used to
I bought this because of multiple positive reviews from various web sites. One thing I definitely liked was its “adjustability”: that one could remove inserts to lower the inter-leg distance. I am 6’4”, 185, over 65 y.o.; my wife 5’2”, considerably less weight (I won’t say what, nor her age). We both have hip pain of unknown etiology, likely arthritis. But, we expect, it’s also our posture when sleeping. We just bought a new mattress, etc. Hence too this gizmo. I wasn’t sure if she or I would use it, or both of us, testing it. Now, I toss and turn all night, seriously maybe 12-20 times a night. Hours awake, flipping from side to side. Back, stomach, both sides, all over the place. So that plays into this pillow. And that’s one of its hassles. First, it’s rather large, so it’s difficult to maneuver in the bed, under the covers (it’s winter as I write this), without waking one’s spouse. (Good thing she sleeps soundly!) The pillow is rectangular and has a saddle shape, where one uses only half of it (i.e., it’s not a dumbbell). Your legs or knees rest in the saddle part. The other side is flat. So as I move from place to place, as from my back (not then needed?) to my side, I have to find and orient my legs to the saddle part, not the flat part. And the big square ends, that stick out some distance, have to shift beneath the blankets. The point being, if you move a lot, it will require your attention. That is, you will have to wake up. As for its effectiveness, I really can’t complain. I have been poked once by the zipper tang, but I think that was a fluke. I find the pillow is best placed between my knees, rather than just above my knees. The latter puts uncomfortable pressure on my inner thigh muscles : the edges of the pillow dig into me. Of course, between my knees then means that my lower legs are at an angle, and my ankles tend to rub together. I’m still figuring that out. But as for hip pain, that has greatly diminished. On the other hand, I’m sleepy. Pick your poison? For $40, it works OK. I would buy it, if I were a large person who doesn’t move, or who sleeps alone, and can take naps. Oh. I got an alternative “clam shell” type pillow for my wife. She likes it.

Coop makes a good knee pillow, but...
This is the 3rd one I got from Coop. My dog chewed up the 1st two. They were just right, but this one has some hard spots on one end. I unzipped it and found whole slabs of foam inside with hard edges. My 1st two had soft bunches of foam pieces inside which made the pillow more comfortable. I'm a little disappointed this time around.

no more back pain
I was suffering with lower back pain mostly when I would wake up and I was suggested to sleep with a knee pillow. After the 1st night using the knee pillow I was able to get up without that back pain. I like that you can adjust the height of it to your needs/preference. I am a side sleeper who doesnt move around a lot and it worked well for me.

The best I’ve been able to find thus far!
I’ve tried three different knee pillows from Amazon. All were either too small, too firm and just not comfortable. I ordered the Coop Original Adjustable pillow a few weeks ago and when I saw that they offer a knee pillow, I had to give it a shot. Sure enough, it’s the best I’ve tried so far. Super soft, super comfy. I took the thin piece of center foam out as it was a little too thick for my body type. It actually feels like a soft pillow between your legs while still providing enough firmness to support my legs… which is exactly what I was looking for, while not being too large. I think it’s safe to say, anything from Coop is going to be top quality! Just buy this one. It’s well worth it.

Great product
I am very happy with this knee pillow. I like the fact that it is adjustable (I removed one square for my size) and it is comfortable . It stays in place fairly well and moves easily with me. I would recommend this knee pillow.
