First, my caveat. These are fabric drawers. So this is not designed to take things stuffed in tightly, or items that might be too heavy. If you go in with that mindset, you won't go far wrong in my opinion. Since we moved earlier this year, some clothes were stuck in large plastic boxes. It was frustrating to get what we might have wanted to wear. But the space was limited, and chests of drawers were either poorly sized (too large or small) to not only fit the space, but give us enough volume so that all the clothes would fit from the boxes, without costing us too much - budget constraints are a thing. Then we happened upon this set. And it was perfect. We have had a few different shelving units from this brand, so we comfortable knowing there was a good chance that not only would it be easy to put together (it was ridiculously easy) but that for what it is, the quality would be good. I have to say, we are perfectly happy with it. We were able to unpack 2 x 60 litre plastic boxes and it all fit into these drawers. Including a couple of heavier hoodies. I don't know if the drawers would hold up quite as well if they're fabric fronted only, but the presence of that thin plywood on the front of this really help the drawers hold shape. The bottoms also felt fairly sturdy as we popped them in. The drawers seem to move in and out reasonably easily, with no obvious snagging, or tipping of the drawers once opened enough to access the contents. Again, a failing many fabric drawers seem to have. We don't expect it to last an age, but the alternative was looking at plastic drawer units, and while they can work, we aren't fans. These seem a far better option. Overall, for the cost and design type, we are happy to give 5 stars. They're not outstanding drawers, but they are solidly good within this design type and pricing. And with such ease to put together, even if that sort of thing is daunting for you, I think you will be fine. My only advice there is really watch as you go along, and think carefully what is facing where and you will be fine. It also feels surprisingly sturdy once complete, and has a wall bracket included if tipping is a concern for you. We have found we don't need it, but we also don't have young children etc around.

This is my second purchase of a Songmics product, the first being a 10 stack opaque shoe rack with covered opaque lift up fronts, that holds 20 pairs of boots & sandals perfectly side by side. Now this AMAZING set of drawers. I needed a small chest of drawers to store p.j's, underwear & socks & I wanted to fit next to my bed, I chose this as reviews were positive & because the shoe rack was a doddle to assemble by myself with clear instructions shown by sketches. Plus this was the exact size I was after. I was lucky to get these drawers in the Black Friday deal, but even full price they would have been worth it. They arrived this morning by DPD & the lovely driver even lifted them into my lounge for me & all packaging in great condition. I started to assemble at 18.00 & completed by 19.45. Once again instructions very clear by drawings, all screws etc packaged together, they were not numbered, BUT the instruction booklet clearly showed by letters where each screw was needed, they even had 1 extra screw for everyone in the packages, along with 1 extra in the packet holding the drawer knobs. I always check and lay out everything to be sure all parts are their before I begin assembly, I am a lady of a certain age & do have arthritis in my hands, but the drawers were very easy to assemble. I chose the wood look set as I have other furniture in my bedroom in dark/light oak, so match in perfectly with my other items. The top, drawer fronts and frame are extremely sturdy, as the description states the sides & bottom of drawers are black material & there is a fully covered sturdy bottom that fits in the bottom of all drawers, which along with the front of the drawers makes them very sturdy. They align beautifully in the frame and pull in & out easily. I am extremely happy with my purchase & the ease of assembly & I certainly recommend with a full 5☆ rating both of my Songmic purchases so far & if I need anything in the future & Songmics have it I will have no hesitation in buying. Finally put this up - well my niece did for me! quite light weight but sturdy enough and looks good. For what I want it is just right. If you want solid this ain't it, but if you want more storage for light garments and something that's aesthetically pleasing this will do nicely!

Great value item. Not easy to find something this sturdy and well designed on a budget. So easy to put together. Did it on my own in about 20-30 mins. 2 people would probably be 10 mins. Great quality. Nice amount of storage space. No strange odour. Could do with a little lip or something to prevent pulling the drawers completely out.

Easy to assemble with clear diagrams. Looks nice until you put something in the drawers. At this point the bottom sags so the drawer won't sit in place properly and looks lopsided. Needs to have sturdier drawer frame.

I bought these draws when there was 34% off, and that price I think they are worth the money, not sure about full price though. They are smaller than I thought, but that’s worked well for me. I would only advise putting light things in the draws, as I wouldn’t say they could stand heavy items like books. They look good and they are an absolute dream to assemble, managed to assemble in 30 minutes with no need for a second person to assist. Would recommend if the above is taken into account

Absolutely love this piece of furniture. Great value for money. Drawers sturdy deep and ample size. Just fits perfect into room decor.

Ładna, szybki montaż. Szuflady są materiałowe, przez co szafka jest lekka. Ale jak się coś włoży to jest stabilna.

Il est vraiment très mignon ce petit meuble... En plus d'être facile à monter, les tiroirs, sont en tissu, mais seulement l'intérieur, car les façades sont en bois... Ravie de mon achat, il complète l'étagère de ma salle de bain (même bois, même couleur), celà donne à celle-ci, un petit look vintage avec mon LL noir et ma déco des années 50... Vraiment très satisfaite de la qualité et du rendu... CQFD

Sehr leicht und schnell aufzubauen, die schwarzen Stangen sind etwas verbogen, aber wenn man unten die Füße richtig einstellt, durch heraus- und hineindrehen, steht er sehr stabil. Die Stoffboxen sehen sehr hochwertig aus und sind auch stabil. Wenn man sich keine teure, schwere Kommode kaufen will, ist das die perfekte Alternative.
