This rhodiola brand has helped enormously with my anxiety. I suffer from 'brain fog', stress, and from being overly emotional. I can't really pinpoint what it is exactly but I do know I feel good energy when I take this along with B-1. Good energy physically and mentally. I also feel that this gets rid of toxic waste easily.

I use this supplement it helps reduce levels of stress hormone Cortisol. I use it combined with phosphatidyl serine daily and my mental energy has been improved significantly. This particular brand offers 365 days worth of supplement for great price, also a high mg dosage. Great value.

Very good supplement...

I read all the positive reviews and the stress management this provided. I was excited to try it. Three days of taking this I began to have headaches and gastric distress. I rarely get headaches. I attributed it to other things. It did not abate and continued for a couple more days. I went thru all new new foods, supplements or mitigating factors. It was narrowed down to this product as the only new addition to my regime. I have stopped taking it and will be switching to Ashwaganda instead. Let the buyer beware and not everything works for everyone.
