Omg well not sure its words of normal bowel movement. I was bad, it was day 9. I had tried milk of mag, sodium docusate, a stimulant even a fleet. Nothing. Nada. Used one of these today day 10 and well its 5am lol but im feeling a lot better. I hope the trips let up if not i might have to ring gp as im actually bedbound disabled and im scared to fall i did not expect this to be as explosive but hey its worked and i needed it desp. No pain or anything. Did take 1-2 hours for me mind not 20 mins but i think that was how bad it was.

I have chronic issues going to the loo and often need help to get things moving. I read the reviews and decided to give them a go even though they are quite expensive. Unfortunately they did not do anything at all for me. I have finished the box over the space of a month and did not go once while using this product. There doesn’t seem to be hardly any liquid inside - the end isn’t pre lubricated so it fiddly and then just nothing. I think if you had a one off issue with constipation then this might be ok but for long term bowel damage or other issues these are not something I would recommend at all. I would never purchase again.

Easy to use but instructions are in different language. Had to look up on internet for English version.
