This product truly helped me, very similar to the other reviews here, I was having gut issues and acid reflux issues. I kept taking tums and even omeprazole but the issue kept coming back after a week. I forget how I encountered this but I started looking into I think GERD and possible problems with just my stomach lining. I saw the reviews on this item and thought, maybe I would give it a shot, fix the actual problem not the symptoms. About 1 week in, my problems were gone! I feel like a much different person (in a good way). I feel stronger, I think the acid reflux or whatever I had was not absorbing much of the nutrients that I was intaking due to my stomach issues but now I feel so much better. I highly recommend this item; for me I took this once a day, I saw a review I think they said someone taking it twice a day possibly gave them some issues, so I didn't want to push that. But once a day for me really helped!

Worked.....BUT made me crabby and impatient...whoa. I bought empty gelatin capsules and split a capsule in half, and then in thirds to wean off, BUT it did work. Reflux gone and throat swelling better! Good to remember that just like a shot of alcohol can affect your mood, so can a supplement...😉😉🤪🤪

Product works as advertised with no side effects. I take it at night before bed and have not had acid reflux waking me up as a result.

Give this product some time to see results. So far it’s been 30 days and seeing results. I was struggling with mild bloating and lots of gurgling (loud stomach noises.) I love that the pills are small and easy to swallow. Product says to take one but I take one before my lunch and one before dinner.
