I've been trying to use 'ice' baths for mental wellbeing, but the poor circulation in my feet was a significant barrier. I couldn't get past 2 minutes of immersion, and the pain would last for up to 2 hours after...These neoprene booties keep off the worst of the cold. They work by trapping warmer water against the skin. I'm now doing 10 minutes per day (at temps below 5oC) with no trouble at all. They don't interfere with the overall experience either.It's only been a week but they seem robust, using them every day. I was uncertain about sizing, so went up just in case. They're easy enough to get on and off with no problems.

Fitted to size comfortable and keeps my feet warm. Can't find a problem.

These are great for wild swimming and keeping the chill off your feet. Easier than some others to remove and sizing is good

I purchased these ahead of winter swims, they fit as expected. I’m a size 8 shoe and purchased them in size large. The Velcro goes around my ankle well and I have large ankles. I haven’t used them to swim in yet, but they look promising. I will slip them on before walking only a few feet into the lake we swim at, so they won’t take a hammering on the bottom, which is obviously not made for walking on rough terrain for any distance, as it’s only neoprene with anti slip dots on them.

Bought for cold water swimming, I’m a size 7/8 wide foot and these fit well. I specifically looked for some with velcro to help with a secure fit. I’m not sure how long they’ll last as they don’t seem that sturdy but for the price I’m very happy.

I swim in 6 Celsius water. These are baggy and don’t feel professional BUT I like them as they are easy to get on/off. I feel water slosh around but surges of cold water do not get in due to Velcro around lower calf. Don’t regret buying. Not what I thought but in hindsight they work for my purposes.
