It tastes very good and is ready in 15 minutes. If you are bored with regular breakfast options then go for it. Easy to make, uses very little oil and is still tasty. Don't forget to add anything from vegetables to coriander and chillies as per your wish.

Great quantity yield! Flavourful and quick.
Does what it says! Actually makes 80-100 delicious khatta dhoklas per pack ! The tangy taste is well pronounced. Takes about 12-14 minutes to fluff up. Haven't been able to get the market-like fluff, but I find them more flavourful and filling. The instructions are clear and precise. If you're adding the right proportions of curd, oil and water, you're in for a treat! Does ask for 7 tablespoons of oil, but it balances out in the large yield quantity. Recommended ! Tip : If you please, leave the whipped batter standing for about an hour before steaming. You get softer dhokla.

Ref. Batch No. 10401P, manuf. dt. 17/04/24, the cooked dhokla lacked porosity. As I find raising agent is lacking or ineffective.
