A great FPS mouse.
Logitech have really stepped up their game in both looks and design this time around with their mice. The Logitech G Pro is definitely a great mouse and even those with large hands may like using it as I have but are likely better off with the G403 depending on your grip and hand size. The shape of the mouse is very nice and the materials feel good, but one problem with it is the rounded sides on the left and right, they're rounded instead of flat, making it very awkward at first to use. For some reason everytime I switched off to another mouse to use, and go back to the G Pro, the mouse felt like it was new or that I was using it for the first time again, it felt really weird. The Clicks on it are nice, with subtle comfort grooves which I wish were somewhat more defined, but pretty good for what they are. Scroll wheel has nice and detectable steps. And I must say the LED design of this mouse is probably the best of any mouse I've ever seen. Alot of people complain about the small mouse feet, which I can agree I think should be more spread out through out the mouse, but I had no problem with it. The cables don't really bother me too much at all but they can drag. It doesn't look aggressive or "gamer" in anyway and actually rather looks sleek. And there's no quality control issues whatsoever on this mouse. And one more thing to note, as some people have before, this mouse is definitely not good for long time use if you're playing other games like mmos. But in shooters, I never had a problem strain or wear and whatnot. I used this mouse since it came out until just a month ago when I had come to the realization that I'm just better and as well more comfortable on the G403 mouse. I mainly play Overwatch and used palm grip, and this mouse is really good for that and despite some of the issues like the rounded sides and a little bit of comfort issues which honestly weren't too bad like I've had on other mice (like the Corsair Sabre), I'd highly recommend this mouse but only for shooters. If I were to change anything about the mouse, I'd put in larger comfort grooves, put in an LED on the scroll wheel in the same style as the G403's LED, make the side buttons a little larger but make them flat, make the cable less draggy if possible.

great for large hands for those who use fingertip grip (one trick pony)
I own about 15 mice, and although I gave an average review for the Corsair Gaming M65 Pro RGB FPS Gaming Mouse, Backlit RGB LED, 12000 DPI, Optical it has become my go to mouse for a palm grip style. Sometimes, I don't like to palm grip because I'm tired or whatever, but I still want to play Overwatch. This mouse is perfect for that type of situation. I'm 50 plus years old, and have minor arthritis in my hands, and sometimes just use an XBox Elite controller because my fingers feel stiff. Also, the XBox controller disconnects though for some odd reason, and I go back to playing with a mouse and keyboard. I played a few games today with this mouse, and just fell in love. This is a great mouse for those who use a fingertip grip and large hands, but will be too small for those who like to grip the whole mouse like you're holding onto your girlfriend, and you don't want to let go. I think a lot of people who are Logitech fans and want a multi-purpose mouse (web surfing/gaming) might be better with the Logitech G502 Proteus Spectrum RGB Tunable Gaming Mouse, FPS Mouse . This mouse is more like a standard mouse, but more meant for gaming without the ability to palm grip it well if you have large hands. I would actually say a standard mouse is easier to palm grip than this mouse. For me, this mouse is a one trick pony. Great for gaming, not so great for surfing the web for those who have larger hands. If you use a finger-tip type of grip for gaming, this mouse is for you. For the fingertip players like myself, this mouse is easy to maneuver in a game like Overwatch, and your SR will probably improve. I'd also recommend getting a mouse bungee with this mouse because it tends to rub on the back of the desk, unlike my other mice. Again, though, it's the best gaming mouse for gaming for fingertip grippers, but would still consider it a one trick pony as far as great for gaming, not so great for everyday practical use if you have larger hands.

Great Competitive Mouse For any FPS games
This Mouse has to be one of the best mice for competitive FPS Gaming I have ever used, its lightweight at 83-85 grams (adding cable weight in) its tactile responsiveness is amazing compared to any other optical sensors I have used with almost no accelerations thanks to the newest 3366 sensor. The Omron mouse switches are definitely responsive especially because they are spring loaded, (note they do add some tension but that has worn off by now). The 16.8 million rgb color accuracy was good nothing to complain about but the software could be a little finicky for macros, I also wish that they would've added rgb stations at the front where you could see it the most, preferably at the scroll wheel where corsair M65 pro rgb does it but that's just my personal preference. I've used this in a couple of competitive csgo matches and some other fps games and there seems to be no surface lag or mouse fidgeting nor smoothing. i did a fingernail scratch test on some of the more vulnerable side ares to see if it would withstand but it preformed just fine with the scratch marks being able to rub off. the shape is fine but its a little small for me put i use palm grip instead of claw grip and I do have a bigger hand size so be wary of that if you have a big palm size! All in all I give this product a 4/5 stars for being a great competitive mouse choice

Recommend. Before getting this mouse, I had been using a VERY similar mouse (Logitech G403) borrowed from a friend of mine for a few weeks and was really excited about its ergonomics and quality. I liked its response time, braided cable and such. What I did not like about that one was the removable weight of 10 g, even though it is considered as the feature of that particular mouse (must be my personal preference). I kept switching between weight options all the time, understanding that I needed something in the middle. Then, when I decided to get my own mouse, my choice fell on G Pro: there was no removable weight, and functional buttons on the side as well the shape of the rop shell looked ergonomically better to me. So far, I have been using this mouse for a week only, but can assure choosing this mouse was a great decision. Pros: - Matte Finish makes the mouse not slippery at all, which is essential especially for gaming purposes. - Braided Cable truly extends lifetime of the device. - Scroll Wheel is very restrictive. When clicking on the wheel, it won't scroll ocasionally, as most mice would do (including G403). - Response time is excellent for shooter games, providing perfect pointer accuracy. Cons: - Might be slightly overpriced, however, considering price vs. quality relationship it is worth paying this much.

I want to write this review for people who are like me and are very particular with their mice. My hands are very small, so honestly I was basically stuck with the G203, the pro, or the pro hero. Originally I had got the hero, but after going through about 4 of them, all of them had issues with the USB being extremely loose and not staying connected. Frustrated, I purchased a 203 for around 35$ on sale and I was happy with it, but the cable felt super cheap compared to the rubber on the hero, and the finish on the 203 is very gritty and rough, not terrible -- but not ideal for me. Then today, I saw the Pro was on sale for 49$, and the only thing that had been holding me back from ordering it before besides the price was the rumoured awfully thick and stiff braided cable. Well, today upon receiving it after the incredible sale prompted me to give it a chance, I wanted to let others know the cable is not that bad. Honestly, it is a little thick but I don't feel too much drag; but it is important to note I am a MOBA player and use around 1200 DPI, so perhaps for FPS games which require ultra low DPI it could potentially be slightly bothersome But honestly I feel even in that situation it would still be fine and would be even more certainly fine if paired with a mouse bungee (I don't think it's necessary though). All in all, I am happiest with this one as it has no QC issues that the FOUR copies of the Hero all had, and it performs great for my needs. The paint finish feels nicer on this one too, and all the buttons are crisp and sound great. Trust me, I am extremely picky with my mice. Grab this thing on sale if you can, I would abosolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a mouse of this size.
