Great quality
We had filled our house with the intention of adding speakers into the ceiling. Unfortunately, time had gotten away from us and other projects in the house for a priority. We needed something to cover the holes in our ceiling until we can add the speakers we want to purchase these covers were perfect. They look amazing and cover up our holes. It looks as if we have speakers in our ceiling we will still be able to use them once we install our speakers as well.

Easy to install
The first ring is easy to install. The visible grill needs only a little pressure to be fixed. Looks good

Sized and works as advertised
Fits. I used it to cover the end of a sound tube from 12" sub in a ceiling install, and it fit well. In hindsight, I should have shimmed contact points to prevent rattling. But, it does take a LOT of bass to make it rattle. Looks good.

Well built, good finish, simple(ish) install
These look great for ceiling installation and are very well constructed with a high quality finish. My only beef is that the instructions should be a simple black and white drawing instead of the somewhat blurry photos. The inner ring going on the surface the opposite direction that one would assume (and I've done a LOT of installation and home repair). So my first one seemed like a fail (the mesh wouldn't fit onto the ring at all). Then I looked at tge way the second cover was packed and saw my wrror; after that installation was less than 10 minutes each.

Look is not impressive.No
the basic design it just... basic. Only. I installed speakers in my car in 1970's and these were more rudimentary then those. Slightly curved mesh grill, attached to round loop of metal that fits inside another loop of metal that has screw holes to screw through that match most 12 inch subwoofers. So, take screws out of sub, put hoop over the speaker holes put screws through the hoop holes and the speaker holes, then hold everything together and screw the 8 screws in. IF you are putting it into the roof and it is a heavy sub.. better have at least 1 helper and don't forget the ladder you need to be on.It wasn't a complete failure but it's so old style. I took hours to get it installed, then when I had to remove it it was hours more to get it back in place. When I finally got the speaker done, there was rattleing. Multiple rattles. Just a really old design. It did what it said but I was so disappointed, I turned the system off, and decided to replace these. I then came back to amazon and decided to make my own grills with grill cloth and MDF wooden hoops. IT may not look quite as good, but it will prevent it from developing noises in the future. I figure it will, even if I fix every noise now, it will return in the future.Don't count on these. They are expensive but not worth anything. I would send them back if I could.

Perfect cover for our outdoor patio speakers
We purchased these after moving in our new to us home that had two speakers built into the ceiling of our covered patio but did not have speaker covers. They fit perfectly and were easy to install.

Secure with double sided tape
The product is as advertised; however, one of them fell off within minutes. They need to be secured with double-sided tape.
