Daily Energy & Pre Workout

I was looking for an alternative way to boost my energy levels, both for exercise and in everyday life (I regularly get the dreaded 4pm slump!) so I thought I would try this supplement. It appealed to me because of its natural ingredients and the fact it uses stevia for a sweetener. I've been using it for a few days now and I've definitely noticed a difference as I'm feeling more energetic and even my running pace has improved, which is excellent. I like the taste of the product, it's a pleasant berry taste with a slight chilli kick and it tastes natural rather than synthetic which a lot of energy drinks etc can be. I've been doing either a full or half a recommended portion and am really happy with it!

I am a bit surprised on how tiny this package is and it's price is pretty hefty. I know it's communicated that it's 125gr but I just didn't wrap my head around it completely I guess. I like the flavor and it's effect though and it has a nice smooth texture that doesn't get lumpy (for the price it's pretty expected however. ) It gave a great kick to start my workout routine and I felt very energized and did a great session,but If I drink 2 shots of espresso I would achieve the same effect. I personally like this for the days I don't want coffee but the effects of caffeine but it's just too expensive so only 4 *

This Cherry, Pomegranate & Chilli pre-workout packs a punch with natural caffeine and a hint of heat. The fruity flavor is bold but not too sweet, and the chilli adds a nice kick. A great choice for a clean energy boost before a workout!

Never tried anything like this before but I was happily surprised. It likely flavoured with cherry and a growing warmth from the chilli I found it quite strong in terms of caffine so I have it abit weaker then the recommended amount It appeared quite expensive but actually there is alot of servings 25 servings so similar price to a protein powder

I found this gave me the edge in my training sessions and also when I need a pick me up mid afternoon. The flavour is ok but the powder can also be added to smoothies.

Probably the worst‑tasting pre‑workout I’ve ever tried. It’s unbelievably spicy and burns my throat. I’ve given it four attempts since buying it and each time it’s made me feel sick. Not how I want to feel before a workout. However, if you enjoy spicy flavours, you might get on with it, the natural ingredients and caffeine level are decent. But it’s definitely not for me. Frustrating, especially considering the price.

I’m very cautious about what I eat, and I buy most of my food directly from organic farms. I avoid processed super market food and drinks ESPECIALLY energy drinks! I tend to work long hours, and I definitely get a dip mid afternoon. That’s when the temptation comes in to buy something unhealthy, to give me energy to get through the day. This product is a healthy solution. I keep the packet in the car with me, and take a teaspoon full, and wash it down with a few sips of water. If my stomach is empty, I feel the effects immediately, I get a surge of energy that lasts. I would definitely recommend this product!

The initial taste of the product was not nice. Although it is cherry, pomegranate and chilli flavour the main flavour that comes through is chilli. This chilli flavour in turn leaves an unpleasant after taste in the mouth. It did provide a good energy boost for my workout. I will probably finish the product and mix it in a smoothie. I will not drink it straight. I will not be buying this flavour again. Due yo the energy boost provided, I would consider trying another flavour in the brand.
