My old seat cushion/cover was ruined from previous owners' use due to wear and tear. This seat cover replacement is perfect for my 2009 Silverado. You can keep the seat in the truck to do this. Removing the old one took about 5 minutes, and installing the new one took around 20. It was a little tough getting the clips in place, but you just have to work it a little bit and it's fine. Having small hands and/or a friend to push it down while you clip it helps. This cushion and fabric look like genuine OEM. The foam is firm and supportive, the colors match very well and the patterns/textures look and feel great. Best of all, the smell from the old cushion is finally gone. Very happy, and I may purchase another one to do the passenger side with now.

Fitment was good, quality sufficient. Be aware there are multiple fabric colors for these trucks, it will fit them all but make sure to get the correct color.

This fit well on a 2008 Silverado 2500 work truck model, I will say it is not as robust padding wise as the oem cushion was but it’s much better then a ripped one.

OEM in a 2013 3500 Silverado has a metal rod support system built inside the outer foam for better support. This seat does NOT have this. Dorman failed to duplicate this, but charges for it. I should've went with one of the cheaper ones. The seat material does appear to be OEM, maybe even a little better.

Great little seat cushion, super happy I replaced mine. Makes driving much more comfortable. My Tahoe is a retired cop vehicle and it was well worn. This is a direct replacement and looks great. The pattern is slightly different but honestly I don't mind at all. I watched videos for install and removal. The clips are a bit fussy to get on the seat but it's just the design of the seat. Once ya kind of figure it out its easy to clip on. You just kinda gotta force it in there. I'd reccomend some cut resistant gloves as it made it easier to poke around the metal seat frame edges.

Installed in 2009 GMC 2500HD. Perfect fit. Great foam. Installed without pulling out seat. Had to get a helper to push down on the new foam to create some slack in the fabric but it worked great.

great product but you must watch the install you tube videos it is very important to install correctly - if you do not then you will not be able to install the front clip or think it is backwards and use wire ties you need to roll the front clip and cover onto the seat frame do the front first then install the back clip great product cannot believe the difference in comfort .. thanks !
