Slip, slip, slipping down my thighs
These compression thigh sleeves are useless for me. Using accurate measurements for ordering and they do not stay up. Constantly working down the thigh. Don't waste your time or money on these. And even worse than that are the incessant unsolicited emails from the seller of this product begging for the review to be changed. The product did not work properly and the seller is ANNOYING. Multiple requests to cease with the emails has been met with no response, only more annoying canned, form-letter emails begging me to promote this useless product. THE THIGH SLEEVES TO NOT STAY UP.

Not at all what was expected.
Did it work at all. Chose the size on chart that was supposed to fit me. Was really excited as I put it on however the excitement was short lived. After 5 minutes the sleeve rolled down to a small band. A handful of attempts were made to wear the thing to no avail. 2 days after opening the sleeve was returned.

Comfortable, Light Compression
This provides comfortable, light compression that is sheer enough to wear under clothes. I did follow the other comments and order a size smaller than suggested. I am 5 ft 8 and 147 pounds with lymphedema in my right leg - ordered a medium and it's perdexr. I ordered two sets and wear one almost 24/7. Note: this is light compression - not going to be as heavy as regular lymphedema wear but perfect for work.

Wish I had read other reviews
As I believe other people have mentioned, I measured my leg and order the appropriate size however they were too big. If you want to order these I think order a size smaller than the measurement shows you should and you’ll be OK. Also the picture was pink and there is no indication it would arrive a different color however I received a pair of white 🤷♀️

Wearing these under a braces to keep the braces from rubbing sores in skin.
I didn't buy this for the intended use, but instead got it for my husband to wear under the top part of his knee brace to keep it from rubbing holes in his skin. He got the copper fit knee sleeves to go under the brace, but they don't come up high enough so he puts these on his thigh for additional coverage. They are working out great, he says they are so much cooler than the ace bandages he was using, plus saves a lot of time. Also said they feel very similar to the copper fit but at a much lower price.

I have pulled my hamstrings several times in the past ...
I have pulled my hamstrings several times in the past and need extra support to keep them safe. I had expected a little more 'compression' from this product. They are very thin and mostly just supply warmth. I still need to wrap my thighs in bandages, but the sleeves at least keep those on and not moving too much while playing tennis.
