My aunts friend had discovered this book and recommended it to me. I’ve just started getting in to gardening, and as a fruit lover - I decided to go with citrus. Not only are they pretty trees aesthetically, they yield fruit too. This type of gardening also suits my living conditions, as living in London, the weather isn’t great and I don’t have much space. Madison clearly explains how to take care of your plants both indoors and outdoors, soil, humidity and moisture control and how not to over or under water them. Really useful!

Nicely detailed with plenty of good tips for growing and looking after citrus plants.There are separate detailed sections that are more specific to different types of citrus. I was particularly interested in care of orange trees.

I bought this book on Kindle as I’ve previously purchased Madison’s container gardening books. I’ve briefly started with this one, but can already tell that the book is written in an easy to understand format and flow. I love citrus trees, but hate the potential problems that come along with them! By referring to the contents, I can already feel myself take that sigh of relief. I’m in good hands! Here’s to juicy citrus and growing my own produce!

I liked how the book focused on the 5 top citrus plants to plant in containers, this made the book informative and to the point as the author always referred back to these plants.Ive always wanted to grow something like this but had absolutely no clue how.The book itself is really well laid out and can easily go back to sections as I need.This is going to be my Bible over the next few months on my citrus journey 😍

I bought this book for my mum who loves growing lemon and lime tress - just had a flick through and I know she's going to love it. It's packed with great info and I have a feeling she might even "branch out" using the tips in this book. I'm hoping for some freshly grown oranges!Also loved the chapter about espalier - I never knew how much of an art form this is!

Growing up my mom would always keep at least one citrus tree in the house. Not knowing her secrets or what to do, I came across this book. Now her and I have something we continuously do together. We love using our citrus to enjoy a fresh glass of orange juice or bake a delicious lemon cake! This book has ticked so many boxes for us. Here's to happy, healthy citrus!

I downloaded the kindle version. I am based in the U.K. and needed some guidance on keeping my lemons and limes alive in the colder climates. This book provides clear and easy to understand advice and instructions and has been very reassuring knowing that I am doing things correctly. Will be following the instructions on fertilising with care as I don’t have any fruit in my orange trees so hopefully this will now change.
