Cute, Cute Safe Plates!
Love, Love these plates! Going to give them to my little toddler nephews for Christmas. Love the no chemical and safety issues where they can go in the microwave, dishwasher etc. without chemical leaking into your food. Deep enough sections too. Great plates. I may order more for myself for portion control. The little boys will like the food picture's details as well.

This is the best portion plate made because of this I no longer over eat, and I have noticed some weight loss exactly what I needed in my life. So if your planning on dieting get this plate for you 😀. Fruit side empty because I didn’t have any at home 🤷🏽♀️.

Colorful and good teaching tool for eating.
These plates are great for portion control. Also, will help kids learn the value of good nutrition practices. I bought four for my family and one for me, the adult. They are bright and colorful and joyful. Kids will love them as I, the adult, does. Very pleased with these plates. Fast shipping by seller also.

Excellent Customer Service!!
I was unable to find my original review to provide an update, but I did want to write about our recent experience. We have had these plates for sometime now, and they have been a great learning tool for our son. I put all the 4 food groups out for him even if he does not eat them all because I think it helps him to see what he could and should be eating. The idea of these plates is awesome! The colors are bright and I feel comfortable with my son handling (carrying) these plates too. We did have an issue with a few plates after two years (2 yrs!) and I contacted the company asking about this. They responded right away and offered to replace the set. I felt uncomfortable taking a whole set after 2 years so I asked for just one plate so I could keep using as a 'teaching' tool. I did not hear back via email, but instead received an entire set from the company within only a few days. I just want to say that it is so nice to see a company stand by their product and display true customer service. I did give 4 stars, and was not sure if I should, but I did this because 1) the issue did exist, which prompted my call to them, and 2) my original rating was 4 stars because I feel that the 4 sections could be larger for kids as they grow (I find that I need to pile the sections high as my son grows because he is eating more and more as time goes no). Otherwise, they would get a 5 for customer service , which is so hard to come by these days! Thank you Super Healthy Kids!

perfect size, easy use, great functionality, great value for the money, don't use in microwave, so unsure if it is a good idea to use in a microwave and suprisingly I am full when I use this

Does the trick!
I purchased these plates to teach my 2yr old about better eating habits. The plates are large and sturdy and have held up in both microwave and dishwasher so far. They are simple but seem to be doing the trick. When plating our meals, my 2yr old likes to point out where each type of food goes. Added bonus is that my husband is also using this plate as a portion control guide. He tends to overeat so the plates act as a gentle reminder. All in all, I am quite pleased with the plates. The price is right and they are serving the purpose I purchased them for. Thanks again! *I DID NOT RECEIVE THESE FOR FREE FYI. I HATE THOSE REVIEWS BTW AS I'M SURE YOU DO TOO*

I received two of these plates as gifts and bought a third one. I noticed they were starting to chip and scratch on the red border. The paint was able to wipe off with just a paper towel. Then I wondered if it would totally come off. It did with an SOS pad, as you can see in the photos. The little food pictures will not scrub off, but the rim completely did. We never ran them in the dishwasher and they never go in the microwave. They are hand washed with mild soap. So, though I love the design with the food groups, I certainly would not buy again. There is no telling if the red paint is non toxic and it could come off in the food. Keep looking.
