It did not worked for me, but we are not all alike

I did the 3days and it helped me. It didn't give me any nausea or bad feelings. I drank a lit of water and probiotic tea but didn't chsnge my diet during the cleanse. Its been 2 weeks and everything is working inside my gut as if I was still on the cleanse. I do feel reset.Just took for 3rd time, about 6mo from last time. It does the job of expelling several feet of waste w each Go. Drink lots of water.

It did cause me to go to bathroom the first day 1 time, but 2nd day I had nothing but bloating and no bowel movements, 3rd day cause e to go to the bathroom 1 time and still felt bloated. So for me I'd say it really didn't do much.

I used the 3 days and didn’t feel like a cleanse. Very mild but not sure it did the job I was looking for. It most likely is just my gut. It did arrive on time and was easy to use.
