It genuinely seamed to work. Paticularly during the first part of the night. It hardened the soft palet and prevented the snore. This worked during a night following a glass of wine too, eliminated the early snore. Didn't last the full eight hours. It had worn off after about 5-6 hours. But genuinely gave relief to my wife for a sizable chunk of the night!!
