Why did you choose this product over others?:I'd advise getting this on sale when it goes up, full price is pretty expensive. Saying that it's my new favourite power tool! I've used it a bunch for cutting, shaping and doing finer work for repairs and alterations. I like the pen tool, however it's a pain to get on and off and it doesn't sit easily in the case attached. I got so weary of trying to slot it together I've just made it fit for future uses. Otherwise a dizzying array of tools, more than half of which I've not used but happy to have the range to hand in one convenient travel box.

Quality tool. Bought to replace my previous Dremel that I had for many years before finally dying. I can't live without one. So many uses and solutions to problems. This new one has some great design improvements on the old module. Mainly: the on off switch is much better more robust type. It was the switch that failed and put a final end to my old one. The lock button also improved so it cannot be accidentally pressed when tool is running a great improvement. I think this is very good value compared to other makes. Comes with good selection of bits, brushes abrasives etc.

Absolutely brilliant tool I was going to get the cordless but the limited battery put me off.The corded dremel has the power and it will run all day if needed.I was also surprised at the rpm when it is set to maximum.I also purchased the dremel detailers grip attachment wich is also well worth getting.It also comes with a heavy duty carry case.In my opinion it is well worth the price tag.

Good product and came prompt and intact

Very useful toolkit! It's lasted me a very long time and to this day I still use it, Absolutely loving it! If there's one thing id do next time, I'd buy wireless but thats only if its same strength or stronger because I heard wireless tools can be weaker.
