Must use flat edge cutters
Cat 7 or shielded wire the electrician's scissors with the hole are a must for scoring the cat 7 outer cover without cutting the metal shield and flat edge cutters to trim wires when pushed into terminals. Vgood so far no issues. You get quicker the more you terminate.Hope this help. Tools also sold by Amazon.

Fairly easy to make up, no special tools required
These are expensive but they are very good quality. We pay quite a bit for Digitus network cables and so it makes sense to use a top end RJ45 connector. The performance has been great with little to no degradation in speeds, including over long distances.
