Best Aftermarket Seat
I’ve been through tons of seats trying to find a comfortable seat for long rides on my e bike. This is finally the best one! I’d buy this over any other brand. I’ve tested plenty and the quality of this brand is the best in my opinion

Not all bad but not perfect (for me)
Not as comfortable/soft as I hoped it would be. Still better than the original seat my bike came with so I’m keeping it anyways. I was able to do 5 miles in the neighborhood without much discomfort. For reference I’m 6 feet tall 250lbs. If you weigh less than me this seat with will be fine for you. For us heavy folks I would suggest maybe another C9 model that’s a little softer. Also it squeaks a lot but I’m not personally bothered by that.

Broken after less than a year and horrible customer service
Saddle broke after less than a year and manufacturer will not accept warranty claim defers to vendor for warranty although they claim lifetime manufacturer warranty. I am very disappointed with their service. Do not buy if you expect any form of service.

I'm 73 and love to ride
Not as soft or as big as i thought. Ordered my husband who is 250 lbs. and it was uncomfortable. I'm 125 lbs and it seemed way to hard for an old but.. I'm 73 and love to ride.
