If you are a trained Six Sigma BlackBelt and have completed a project than this book is for you. Make sure to read Understanding Variation and Twenty Things You Need to Know prior to this book. This book will lead you to elite status in the Blackbelt and MBB world. As always Donald Wheeler makes complicated subjects easy to understand.

Donald Wheeler is an acknowledged world-leading expert on statistical quality control and Lean Six Sigma. His books are very practical and meant for practitioners. The books tend to be simple and easy to use.However, in my opinion, the book tend to be rather too simple for experienced Black Belts and Industrial engineers. I would recommend this book for those we are new to the subject but more experienced people should look elsewhere for a more rigorous and complete treatment of the subject.
