pic shows 5 hole lug but questione say 4 hole lug

Amazon uses the same picture /description when there are multiple sellers of the same item. This is not my photo. The 15" wheel will be a 4 bolt mount.

Is there a 5x8-15 bushhog tail wheel. my wheel seems to be 5" not 4"?

They call these a standard "4x8" They are 15" tall and about 3-3/4" wide. Mounting pattern is 4 bolt, 4-1/2 on 5.
