These ramekins are great--rim at the top is a great feature for baking soufflés and they are also a good size for a small portion of ice cream, chex mix, cherries, grapes, etc. The one con I have is that the color is closer to an egg shell than it is true white. There are some yellow undertones in the ceramic glaze. The bottom is also not glazed so it could be prone to retaining water/mold in humid climates. I live in the Southern California desert so this is not a problem here, but when I lived in Philadelphia I learned this the hard way with other ceramic cookware.

These have a simple but elegant look for a very reasonable price. It surprised me that the smaller size ones were the most popular. I guess it allows people to enjoy with less guilt!

3 broken and of course you have to repack and ship back for replacement not worth the hassle

I use these to make miniature cakes! One box Angel food, one box any type flavor mix and store! When you are ready to make add 3 tablespoons cake mix, 2 tablespoons water mix and microwave one minute! Cake anytime! Love it

I bought these for using in my air fryer and they work great for making lava cakes and other single serving snacks and such. They have been easy to clean and I have been happy with how they can go from the refrigerator to the microwave.

Ordered these for crème brûlées for a dinner party. They arrived in great shape (carefully packaged with foam and plastic wrap inside a heavy corrugated box) and held up fantastically to both the oven and the butane torch. I'm actually tempted to order more, but I think hoarding ramekins might be a holdover from my culinary school days 😛 (Ramekins in general are great containers for pre-measured ingredients for your mise en place)

I was looking for a new ramekin set with both sizes, and this fit the bill. Next to the ones I got from Williams Sonoma, these aren’t bright white, but more of a slightly off white, and the pattern along the sides is barely incised, while my WS ones have very crisp and deep patterns. You get what you pay for.
