Oletto Tall Modern Pull-Down Single Handle Kitchen Faucet in Spot Free Stainless Steel, KPF-3101SFS

The hose is smaller than standard 3/8 inch and could not find a connector across dubai or shj. Had to put it in the bin and buy a grohe faucet

I purchased a different sink faucet originally however when I installed it there was a missing part that held the neck to the base. The faucet was useless. I bought this one in place of the first one and I didn't think I would be as happy because I love the style of the first one so much more. Man was I wrong. This faucet was so easy to install. The fingerprint resistant stainless steel is something I didn't know I needed and I will never go back. Also, the pull down sprayer on this faucet is amazing. The weight is extremely easy to adjust to find the perfect location and the sprayer snaps back into place amazingly well. I can't go over how well this faucet works and I don't even miss the style of the first one. It is a beautiful addition to my newly renovated kitchen. As an interior designer and owner of this faucet I will continue to use it for future projects with my clients.

Tengo casi tres años con la mezcladora, luce bien y por su garantía de por vida pensé que valdría la pena gastar en la marca imaginando que en algún punto requeriría un cambio de empaques o detalles menores como cualquier llave de calidad. Cuál es la sorpresa que en menos de tres años tiene una fuga de agua por la parte entre la manguera y el Sprayer, intenté buscarle solución no di con nada local, contactando a la marca me comentaron había que cambiar toda la manguera, no me dieron opción de mandarme refacción a México, conseguí un servicio que me da manera de recibir paquetes en EUA y yo pagar para traer la refaccion a México y solventarlo, en ese momento dejaron de contestarme los emails y fui totalmente ignorado. Una pena que tengan productos que lucen bien pero no dan la calidad del costo, mejor compraba una de tiendas locales al mismo precio que me van a durar más tiempo, no hay refacciones de ninguna de sus partes porque todas son especiales, la marca no te apoya en la obtención de repuestos ni gratis ni con costo al menos en México. Así que por el solo hecho de la atención dada no vuelvo a comprar la marca y eso que ya tenía adquiridas posteriormente a esta mezcladora otros artículo esperemos no salgan iguales.

Great product for the money, easy installation, lots of water pressure no fingerprints on metal (loved that) sleek and modern design. Would NOT recommend. UPDATE after less of a year using the faucet the stream feature doesn’t work only the power spray, a problem that had been reported on-line by many customers. Finally decided to replace it for a Kohler faucet. Did not saved any money by buying a cheaper brand. NOT RECOMMENDED

Beautiful, well made and really easy to install. The hardest thing about putting this tap in myself was getting the old one out which used the old system involving a huge nut underneath the counter which was VERY difficult to remove. Kraus's system which works from above was amazing. I had one tiny issue which a call to customer service solved in 60 seconds. The faucet and spray work fantastically. I'm a new fan of Kraus fixtures.

I really like this faucet. It is designed well and is easy to install in a confined space. It also retraces smoothly.
