I've owned laundry organizers before, and have NOT been happy with them. I wanted something sturdy with bags big enough to actually hold a load in them! When I saw this item with a 95% positive ratings (4-5 stars), I was intrigued! I looked through the negative reviews. There were a handful of people who complained about missing parts. That stuff happens, and no one complained about the seller refusing to resolve the problem. A couple complained about it being too big, which simply encouraged me. One complained that the bins were too small, but also admitted they were 6ft 5in and 300#. By the time I weeded out the illegitimate complaints, I simply could find no good reason not to order this - and I figured I better do so quick before the price went up! I told my husband I was getting it, and he patiently resisted rolling his eyes. When the box arrived, my heart sank. I could see no possible way they could fit a decent sized laundry holder in that small box. Boy, was I wrong! I pulled out the pieces and was able to put it together quickly and easily. The bags were nice and big and appear to be well made. I sorted the laundry into it, and then wheeled it into the hall. That's when my husband caught sight of it and gave it a thorough look-over, then - "Wow! This is really nice!" [This is the equivalent of a 10 star review!] He was also surprised when I told him what I had paid for this. I'm pretty sure I paid almost as much for the last piece of junk I had. As an added bonus, the grandkids are so excited that they are sorting their own laundry at bedtime! I expect this to last for years!Look, if you're looking for something pretty, this isn't it. But I never thought of laundry as being a pretty job. If you're looking for something small, this isn't it. Thank goodness! If you're not willing to accept that sometimes people make mistakes and a part is missing, then... well... you probably shouldn't be shopping on line. But, if you are looking for something that is large enough to hold a family's worth of laundry and hold up under it, then you simply can't go wrong by getting this!

Well I love this. It fits nicely in my bedroom and takes up FAR less space than the 4 baskets that i used to use. Its very sturdy and the bars underneath keep the bags from getting weighed down and stretched so they tear. It moves EASILY on my very plush carpet. It was shocking at first at how easy it rolled. The wheels are very heavy duty. When i lifted them i was surprised at the quality and they were very heavy. I could not give it 5 stars for 2 reasons. Reason 1: There are tiny covers at the ends of the bars that hold the bags that come off. I have 3 small kids and this is a dangerous choking hazard. To combat this we used a SMALL dab of Gorilla Glue and after putting them on we twisted them to evenly distribute the glue. We let that sit for a day and then i used cuticle scissors to snip anything that came back out of the holes as the glue expanded and hardened. This has kept all of them on despite my sons curiosity. Its now taken care of and isnt a problem but i hope the manufacturer understands how dangerous this could be for our little ones. A change would be appreciated by many parents. The other issue: The handles for the bags fall into the holes when you have to let them go to empty. Now you can twist them to the side a bit so they wont fall but i feel a small snap or 2 would make this far more convenient especially when my kids collect the bags for me. We have, however, adjusted to this and we no longer notice much. I would DEFINITELY recommend this and we will be purchasing another one for the main floor of our home as well.

I like that is has 4 laundry bags and they are stiff enough to stand on their own while I transfer laundry into the washer.The frame is a little wobbly but seems sturdy enough. Assembly was a piece of cake, putting the handles in the bags took the longest. Wish the bags were a bit bigger but a full bag is still a solid load of wash.

***Update*** bought 3/4/17 and today it’s 3/11/18. It’s still in the same condition as when we purchased it. I am actually shocked how sturdy and strong this thing is. I load this sucker up and there is constantly loads of laundry in and out of this. I even added the bags from our old organizer to this and it still works great! So, I am still very happy with this purchase! We would order again in a heartbeat!This thing is so strong!! Really is heavy duty!Had to replace the crappy one my wife got at Walmart. That thing was wobbly and just plain crap! Not even made for what it's made for. If that makes sense.Anyway, this one..,this is the one to buy!! This thing is a beast!! Lol Holds a ton of laundry and we put our old laundry bags(from the broken one) on this and it still works perfectly! Wouldn't normally do something like that because it's not made for all that but this is thing holds the weight just fine!This is the one to buy people!! Do second guess yourself, just do it! My wife loves this thing!!***UPDATE***Ordered in March 2017 and it's now July 27, 2017. This thing is still going strong. No rips, no rust(not that it would get rusty inside but still), wheels still work great. Really it's condition is still brand new. I wish it has a folding table for the top though. That would be the only thing that could make this a better product. I would still recommend though and would absolutely buy again. We couldn't live without this thing. Keeps all of our(2 adults, 3 kids, towels&blankets) laundry organized. Unorganized laundry is something nobody wants!
