Maybe I missed it in the description but does this product have formaldehyde? Thanks.

I am only a user of this product, but since it is a keratin treatment it seems counter productive to me to include formaldehyde. According to information from product searches: No Formaldehyde• No Toluene• No Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP)

Please list ingredients and do you need nail polish remover to remove this product?

Ingredients are not listed on the small bottle except that it’s a keratin treatment. No nail polish is needed to remove it as it’s meant to soak into the nail and cuticle as a leave in product. If you wash your hands too soon after treating your nails, the lotion will wash off. I find the treatment to have helped strengthen my nail wonderfullly.

Does the daily elixir have any alcohol or fragrance?

The Morgan Taylor Daily Elixir does have a fragrance but does not contain alcohol.

Is this formula like a clear nail polish or like a serum?

serum... something your nails absorb. Definitely not a polish.
