It works but the hose clamp mounting with the two wings is a poor design.
It works but the hose clamp mounting with the two wings is a poor design. ...and it's BIG. I couldn't fit this and my wifi repeater on the same mast. PROS: 1) It works. 2) It's sturdy. CONS: 1) Mounting system could be better. 2) Fairly large.

Weatherproof with no issues
I bought this to mount my security cameras. The mount withstood sun, rain, winds, and snow. That speaks to the quality and sturdiness. It was an amazing buy as I did not want to drill holes into the outside of the house.

Mount is smaller than the Ring Floodlight Camera
The description states “universal” and no reviews of installs for the Ring floodlight camera, so I decided to give it a try. The square mount is only 4 1/4” diameter & the Ring’s mount is 5” dia. (See photo). The included clamps are stainless steel and large enough for a 3 1/2 diameter pole. The bracket and hardware are made of sturdy materials & should hold even in extreme weather. Hopefully this helps anyone looking for this type of mount.

Works as advertised
I wanted this so I could mount a camera on my bird feeder pole but this is designed to be used on a mast or 1-2” pole not the typical 1/2 “ poles.
