I bought this as a two pack due to having a large home. I wanted one upstairs and one downstairs. I was so disappointed at first as one worked and the other seemed to be used and did not work at all. I contacted the company directly. To my surprise, they connected with me immediately and made everything right. Their cusromer service is phenomenal. I was sent a new one immediately and did not have to go through the hassle of a return. My new one arrived today and works perfectly. My home smells amazing and I will order from them again. Highly recommend!!!

Quick shipping it came today after 24 hrs. It works well. It says water capacity is 2.5 liter but it seems like the container is shallow compared to my older diffuser that quit working after 2 yrs and it also holds the same water capacity that can run from 48H-72H when you put it to level 1 or 2. Bough this diffuser to be put in the kitchen to allow the kitchen smell to be absorb by the vapor after cooking. Leaving and maimtaining the entire area smalls good. Looks like easy to clean, easy to use and more of vintage style or beaury because pf wooden design.This product says it will run for 30 hrs but options are only just 2H, 4H & 8H.Kinda wrong advertisement plus it's overpricing too.I guess we will find out how long this will last. I have been using diffuser and essential aroma oils for years now. If you wanna try it, go ahead and order.

Definitely a premium oil diffuser. It will have your home drenched in the soft smells of your choosing; I’m liking the fragrance sandalwood and cactus.

Buyer beware. This diffuser does NOT last 30 hours on any setting. I struggled when searching for a diffuser. Main requirement was last 24-30 hours. I looked through dozens and settled on this one. It was appealing to the eye, within budget and claimed to work for up to 30 hours. Nope… it seems there’s something with the wiring or the controls are just off. The mist is so strong you can see if from across the room. We bought three diffusers because we have three oils to run 24 hours a day due to a chronic illness. The hope was to lessen the burden of application because we are already doing many many other things with medicine and food. I contacted customer support, presented my ideas and was told to unplug it and plug it back in, and to check for water in the air pipe. These actions yielded no other result. They did send me another diffuser of the same model. I have yet to see if that one works the same as these three. Sadly, these are going back and we are ordering direct from Young Living. This price point was only $6 less than YL. I chose to purchase on Amazon because of the extended warranty. But…. The warranty is no good if the product doesn’t work from the get go. We have wasted valuable time and oils on these diffusers and are deeply disappointed in the customer service. I would recommend you look elsewhere for your diffusing needs.

It does work, but on low it doesn’t last 30 hrs. More like 12 hrs. We like it like I said it works great , therefore the 5 star rating.

(EDIT) on day 3 of use and one of the units ran out of water, overheated and broke...i guess the auto shutoff malfunctioned? I'm writing this review two days after purchasing two of these for our store. It's very easy to use and a simple design. The large capacity is nice but its is definitely a humidifier and not a diffuser. It puts a lot more moisture into the air than I expected. I don't normally write negative reviews, but my only complaint is the run time. The primary reason I bought this model over various smaller diffusers was the advertised 30hour run time. I would have been happy with even a 24 hour run time, but I am finding myself filling it up in the morning around 8AM and then refilling it around 4 or 5pm, so about 8-10 hours max between fills. I for sure have them both on the low setting and it's the same issue with both. I'll probably make due with these for now, but not what I expected. Just a thought, but an intermittent run option would be extremely helpful in extending the run time.
