Will these hold drum mics?

At the beginning of the show sure, but the end might be another story. The spring is a little soft so that these could as easily hold a pencil condenser or a wireless handheld. If ever hit the mic I would expect it to go flying, fine for singers, less useful for drumming.

Has anyone noticed any long-term, quality issues (e.g. worn springs, cracked plastic, loosening screws, etc.)? Particularly in under a 6-month period

Nope! Can't remember when I got these, but it was in 2018, and I haven't had any problems. They're actually quite durable plastic, and the springs haven't worn out, either. I even took one apart and it went back together!
