First the product comes with a rechargeable battery so it is not required to buy separate batteries though I do recommend it as a just in case. Lights pretty bright with a zoom in and out when you stretch in and out the flashlight handle. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the storage box. The box has some tabs that needs to be perfectly align in order to secure it, also too many tabs for the box. That makes it a bad box design.

Proprietary charger required (no usb port on the flashlight). Must cycle through thé brightness levels EVERY time you turn it on — doesn’t remember the last setting.

It was cheap and works. The focus is a bit strange and shows a box image when out all the way. Also, the rubber flap that protects the charge port fell off immediately. It still lights up the dark when I need to use it but I will not be keeping this one for the bug out bag or camping gear since I am sure water will get in it.

Make sure you have a backup light....
The add says something about 1000 lumens or something, but it's not. Be lucky to be a tenth of that. Feels like a solid little flashlight, but the light output kinda makes me wanna cry.

Look For Something Better
I was expecting better quality than what I received. I ordered 2 one worked fine, the other had and has a switch problem. I would not recommend this particular light. I am sure there are better tactical lights available and I am looking for one. Sorry I bought this product.

Bright light, not the greatest quality.
This is a nice, bright light. I didn't expect the greatest quality, given the cheap price, and for the most part, it exceeded my expectations, but sometimes, you have to hit the switch multiple times before the light will turn on.

Excellent flashlight. i am very pleased with this item, works great. friend purchased a similar item,, and his is no where as nice as this one.
