How large are the capsules? Are they easy to swallow?

It is a tubular shaped capsule, approximately 7/8" long by 1/4" diameter.  Very smooth and I find swallowing it to be simple.  I typically swallow two at a time.  However, I generally don't have a problem swallowing pills.

I was taking this supplement as suggested:2 capsules twice a day between meals.
Any idea if taking with meal it will work the same?
