Very good supplement, easy to swallow

I have taken chromium for years. I know when I have been off of it and start again. I could tell the difference When I started back on it with the product. I do recommend people look at you other supplements and don't "double: dose accidentally. If you are lacking in your multi, or are looking for this on its own. This is a GREAT product! Highly recommend.

I've been taking this supplement for a month now and sadly have seen no difference in my appetite, sugar cravings, or energy levels. Most disappointing is that I haven't lost any weight and have continued gaining at the same rate as before. I am not diabetic and I have no idea what my blood sugar or A1c levels are so I don't know if they are the same or better. I am a 45 year old woman dealing with middle age weight gain and low energy and was really hoping this would help. The supplement itself seems to be of good quality and didn't make me nauseous or anything, though I do occasionally taste cinnamon after taking it which is far more pleasant than how most supplements taste.
