Great Product and Excellent Customer Support
I purchased the Hocanflo 700W Sewerage Pump Macerator in November 2023 and fitted it shortly afterwards. It worked brilliantly from the start, handling waste from the toilet, sink, and shower with ease. The pump is powerful, efficient, and surprisingly quiet for a unit of this capacity.Unfortunately, after a year and a few months of reliable performance, the pump failed. I reached out to customer support, and they were fantastic. They gave me a few troubleshooting steps to try and asked for a video of the fault. After I sent the video, they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent out with no hassle at all. I was really impressed with how smoothly they handled the issue.With the new unit up and running, everything is back to normal, and I couldn’t be happier. Knowing that the support team is responsive and helpful gives me confidence in the product. I’ll definitely be ordering another one when I do the extension.Overall: Great pump and even better customer support. Highly recommended!

Good value
This is the second time I have replaced a unit in the duty. The original was a Saniflo which I replaced with an expensive genuine Saniflo. This worked well for fifteen years and then failed. This unit is a similar size, slightly different connection layout and sizes but was easy enough to fit. It appears to work just as well, it is similar noise level and significantly cheaper. I think it’s a good buy

Good pump with fittings. Quiet and efficient.
Great pump and does exactly what you want It to do. Quiet and efficient. Half the price of a saniflow.There is some carbon that comes with is, I didn't feel a need to use us and it's confusing where to put It anyway.It was an experience fitting this to replace the saniflow that gave up. The pipework is not like for like.The rubber pipe connectors are great but experience taught me this:Use solvent weld pipes not compression fits. You have been warned.If you can't get your pipes connected directly to the right angle non return valve, use a second non return valve.Otherwise, you will have leaks in your pipes.The machine. It does it's thing very well.

It does what you need
It does what you need and you can fix it. many of the cheaper masserators don't give you access to the motor capacitor, this is a common failure. If you old unit just hums and won't run this is most likely a failed capacitor. This unit gives you access to the micro switch and run capacitor. Sped the extra and get a unit you can fix.

Pump stopped working less that two years after purchase
I bought this macerator in April 2023. It started making a terrible noise in November 2024 and finally stopped working in January 2025. I had an engineer out twice but he could not find an issue and there were no blockages. This cost a lot of wasted money.I now have to replace it not even two years after purchase and there seems to be NO Guarantee with it.I am very unhappy.
