Great product
Just what I wanted to add to fermented foods. I have also found they are marvelous for other foods when soaked in a little water.

Great product
I love these although I haven't used them a whole lot. They have an amazing aroma. I tried making a juniper simple syrup from these, which was pretty good. And I've steeped them for a tea. I want to try them with meat, but I'm afraid my husband may not be as thrilled as I am about them. I grew up with a juniper tree in my yard and used to pick the berries and crush them just to smell. Plus, I'm a gin lover. But it's a taste you either love or hate. And these hit the spot for me.

nice plump berries
The ones I've had before have been more raisin-like, but these are nice plump berries. They're dried, but they're not leather-like as they often are. These are moister and tastier than ones I've had in the past. The only negative is that the bag is not resealable. But the berries are so good, that I'll give that a pass.

Very Fragrant
These Juniper Berries are very fragrant and taste of pine. They're perfect for making homemade gin or for crushing and adding to your gin and tonic cocktail (along with a piece of orange peel and a wedge of lime). Because the bag is not resealable, I suggest you store them in an airtight container.

YOu get a bag of whole juniper berries. it has good flavor and works good in recipes. It doesn't say where they came from, only that they were packaged in USA. I find it deceiving

Great for cured meats
These are great for flavoring cured meats. We used these in our homemade pastrami and it turned out great! I am sure there are a lot of other uses to for mixed drinks.

Aromatic
Summer means gin and tonics and these have been an excellent addition. They’re aromatic and flavorful, and they just make your drink look a bit fancier. The bag does not reseal, so have an airtight container ready for storage.

Superb Flavor
Crunchy, dried, slightly sweet, and amazing juniper flavor. These are perfect to mull into a gin and tonic. Outstanding flavor. Incredible.
