Best Juicer for the price. Excellent quality, design and functionality. Has an adjustable dial for more or less pulp. I like lots of pulp and this one delivers. Comes apart easily for cleaning. I tried to Lebenlang juicer which is also highly rated but doesn't even come close to the features of this Black+Decker juicer. Highly recommend this make and model.

This a great idea for someone with arthritic or painful hands. It sure beats using a squeezer for juicing a lot of citrus! Of course, you still have to press down on the citrus which makes the reamer start rotating. It does a thorough job of extracting the juice, and collects the juice in the clear container underneath. Easy to pour out and easy to clean. You can choose from two different sized reamers on top to allow easy juicing of limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruits, etc. Nice that you can adjust how much pulp goes through to the juice container. Cons: It is quite noisy. This is our first juicer, so I don't know if they are all noisy when reaming. The first one we bought came with the handle already broken off (quickly replaced by Amazon), so I have some reservations about how strong the plastic is. We are treating it with care. That being said, the price was reasonable and I appreciate being able to see through the clear juice collector. Would buy again.

If you have a citrus tree, this juicer will save on waste. I have a mass-producing lemon tree. juicing then freezing the juice is nice

UPDATE Jan 2013 - I am still using the original repair with the wire ties. i got the new reamer on the shelf but the Juicer is still just awesome. Best $20 bucks I have ever spent. The only issue is some oranges aren't sweet enough for me. So I squeeze a drop or two of Stevia and like magic - perfect juice. The other day the handle broke off the darn thing. But I had a spare from the replacement they sent me. So expect the thing to last a year or two. And I still LOVE THIS PRODUCT. UPDATE AUGUST 2012: Stopped Juicing - Reamer not turning- unit ran 8 months without issue. I contacted B&D / Applica. APPLICA RESPONSE They were very specific on knowing the plug number and want me to cut off the plug and return it for replacement unit. At a cost of $7.50 for handling and shipping - hardly a great warranty given the new one will likely do the same thing in the future. That being said it does juice well while it runs. Comments on noise are valid - pretty loud. Not being sure what the issue was, I tore the thing apart as I need to cut the plug off anyway. INSIDE THE unit is all plastic gearing - all in fine shape. UPON FURTHER ANALYSIS: the Small reamer cone that fits on the drive shaft had CRACKED. The shaft is turning inside the Hexagonal core on the underside of the reamer. You can order the small reamer for $2.95 PLUS $10 Shipping.(PART# CJ625-03.) [...] So if your unit APPEARS to have stopped turning but the motor is running -look at the internal shaft to see if it is turning within the reamer. The small reamer is ALWAYS used as it is the drive mechanism. Large one slips over it. OUTCOME: I am ordering 4 of the small reamers. $12 + $10 = $22 but it should now work fine. After looking at the gearing and the lack of wear on it, I think it will run for several years. Stay tuned I will update on the next break down. . ORIGINAL REVIEW- Dec 2011: I got myself this juicer for the holidays. Amazon sent it - free shipping. What I can't understand is what some people want for $20.00 bucks. If you want the best citrus juicer for the money this is it! I love it - love it - love it! Clean up is sooooooo simple. You get citrus for breakfast and Lemon Drops for happy hour. Construction is awesome (pretty good) and assembly is too cool. The foot print is small and the cord wrap base is priceless.

Great starter juicer. Bought it because I love OJ with lots of pulp. Using without the adjustable pulp control ring to get all the pulp. Good price and easy to use and clean. Somewhat noisy and I wish the large cone was a little fatter to better scrape sides of large navel oranges, but I like this unit and would buy again.

I bought the BLACK+DECKER 32-oz Electric Citrus Juicer for $22 on Amazon because the one I originally ordered never arrived. I used to trust Black+Decker for dependable products, but lately their kitchen appliances seem to break quickly. I understand companies need to cut costs, but that doesn’t mean cutting corners on the parts that matter. Even a budget-friendly appliance should use durable components so it lasts. A brand should stand behind its name by making products people can actually rely on. It works for light juicing, but I wouldn’t recommend it for frequent use.
