I don’t usually right reviews, but felt this series deserves a shout-out.
I’ve devoured this series in less than a week, but am left mentally hopping from one foot to the other, anxiously waiting for the next book to come out! There I was, aimlessly browsing through my Kindle recommendations when I came across the set of the first three books. Subconsciously listening to the little voice that was crying, “Here we are, pick us!” So I did. I found the story line interesting, the characters richly engaging and soon found myself caring about them, wanting to know what was going to happen to these people I had come to admire. The writing is clear and the characters well-rounded with those that will play a supporting role as well thought out as the main characters. I also want to complement the editing as errors were few and far between. That’s something that will ruin even the best story, so keep up the good work and don’t leave me hanging for too long to find out what’s going to happen next!

Whoa!!
What a book, totally horror fantasy at times. Soooo good! This book was so full of angst I found myself crying at times. I can’t put it down… And Alexzander, he is the man of dreams and Thorgills. Jael, what a warrior, such a strong woman!

Pretty Good... I guess
There were many unexpected scenes in this book. Some that were very said. However, the author did a great job writing book 5.There's a lot of loss and death through the story. I didn't like how scenes and characters changed frequently. Stay with one person for at least a chapter...geez!

Engrossing, Riveting, Still Holding You Spellbound
The Raven’s Warning only enriches the Furyk Saga, adding countless layers of depth over the weft and warp of story arcs that are stunningly imaginative, yet thoroughly plausible. At no point does Rayne let the Furyk Saga become dull or turgid. Rayne’s writing is so approachable, so deceptively, carefully crafted that you find yourself spellbound by the Saga, reluctant to read as quickly as the fast-paced action drags you, reluctant to stop to eat or drink, because the characters lives are ONGOING and you are compelled to bear witness. As for me, I’m still spellbound, but will grab my iced tea before starting that next book. Running, fighting, throwing spells, clutching at characters … albeit vicariously, is hard and thirsty work!

The Ravens Warning: An Epic Fantasy Adventure (The Furyck Saga Book 5)
The fifth book In the Furyck saga is outstanding. Thrilling, enchanting, magical and scary. The author write of villain amazingly cunningly vile. The creatures she brings to life in this book is vivid you can imagine yourself along side our heoes as you see and fight those creatures. Overall a stunning book and I can't wait to read the next.

Lather, rinse, repeat
We've had the exact same scenario where bad lady dreamer sends crazy monsters to attack. Gratuitous violence and death ensue, while Edyis finds the page to stop them in the nick of time. Since Turra. Lather, rinse, repeat. Hoping for something fresh in the last book. Also, why exactly are we rooting for Jael and Eadmund? Serious question. They have literally been apart the whole series. We've been given very little to make this a love worth warring over. She spends almost the whole series running from one mess to next with the guy she supposedly loved for half her life, not loving him anymore, and head over heels ready to war over a guy she spent 5 minutes with while he was sobering up from a serious drinking problem. I feel like character and relationship building for these two was sacrificed in favor of plot. I'm enjoying the series, don't get me wrong.. hence the 4 stars... but the author needs to stop recycling the same plot over and over again and make this relationship believable.

Another incredible installment in the Furyck saga
I love A.E Rayne and the fully immersive world she has created for Jael and co to live and have their adventures, loves, losses, the magic and mythology, read these books! They are amazing and will take you on a journey you'll not want to leave.

QUEEN OF THE SEMI-COLON
Reading this book was a frustrating experience. Rayne has utterly no concept of semi-colon usage, yet she uses them with reckless abandon. Furthermore, she has no idea how to use "too" properly in a sentence. If it's used as an end-of-sentence tag, it should be preceded by a comma; if it's used as an interrupter, it should be preceded and followed by a comma. Nary a page goes by without this particular error. As for the anti-purists out there, ignorance is bliss!

Race against time
I’m loving this series. A fast paced adventure that makes you almost breathless when reading. The link between the characters is a joy to me, as I’ve often forgotten who they are! Snippets from different parts are fed to you all the way through. Can’t wait for the last book to see how it all turns out.
