New ways of thinking
It is time that thought leaders remove themselves from the confines of disciplinary silos and understand that to tackle the vexing problems of the world a new approach is needed. This insightful book by Brown presents such a model.

Necessary reading for designers, social scientists and cultural innovators
My major complaint is the cost of this text. It's twice as expensive as when it was published with no reissue. This puts it out of the realm of the people who could use it the most in their daily practice. Please put out a second edition paperback.

Intellectual inspiration
Rigorous yet approachable. If Tackling Wicked Problems was a person, it would "not suffer fools gladly," but it would provide intellectual solace and inspiration to those who are genuinely struggling to think outside the box in connection with sustainability challenges. Highly recommended. - Alan AtKisson, author of Believing Cassandra: How to be an Optimist in a Pessimist's World and The Sustainability Transformation: How to Accelerate Positive Change in Challenging Times
