Not the smallest tablets
These tablets are about 20mm by 6mm by 8mm so not the smallest but I got used to taking them pretty quickly. They have a slight taste if you don't manage to swallow them first time but nothing terrible and no after taste. They sometimes get sold as a twin pack which would mean a 12 month supply for one person but the ones I ordered had just less than a 12 month date so if you order for 12 months check the date.

Best vitamin pill ever
At last a multivitamin that doesn't taste or smell of fish. This tablet is so good and does not come back on you during the day . Would recommend it for that alone but feeling so much better health wise.

They might seem pricey on the face of it but for 6 months worth I think it's a reasonable price.The tablets are quite large but I find them easy to swallow with water.One reviewer was appalled that the product apparently contains talc. I suspect they aren't aware that talc is a natural mined mineral which, when included as an ingredient, is food-grade and not the perfumed type of talc meant for your skin.
Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 tablet a day with water, preferably after food. Not recommended for children under 12.
