Ashwagandha is so good to balance the body out but the flavour is interesting, this hot drink makes it easy to take. Bought a canister months ago on clearance from a store out of curiosity. It was OK. But months later, I began craving it for some reason and ordered this one.The ingredients have maybe changed slightly recently as it doesn’t taste exactly the same but it’s still great. Perhaps each batch is a bit different, who knows. Happy to have it in my drink rotation.

The Blue Mylk powder tastes really good with water, your favourite milk, or in a smoothie. Don't be alarmed when you open that jar, IT IS SOLD BY WEIGHT NOT BY VOLUME! The jar is usually half full and that's okay, a little goes a long way. I love having this for breakfast to wake me up and get me going in the morning. Worth the purchase.

J'avais vu un commentaire indiquant que les pots étaient remplis à 40%. Je viens d'acheter 2 Mylk Latte prébiotique (blue and pink) et effectivement c'est vrai. Les pots sont à peine rempli de poudre. Par conséquent, je suis incertaine de racheter le produit considérant la quantité et le prix. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le goût et la qualité du produit est parfaite. J'achète souvent les produits Organika et je suis toujours très satisfaite. C'est la première que je suis un peu surprise par la petite quantité versus la grosseur du pot.
