Does a decent job in relieving muscle knots
It is not as hard or firm as a lacrosse ball but it does a decent job in relieving mucle knots. I had a lot of tender spots on my piriformis and lacrosse ball made the spots even more sore. So, I used this and I was able to release it to some extent. I would say if certain muscles are too tender that you can't straight away use lacrosse on them, this is a good way to start

Light-weight and portable, good density levels, looks cool but somewhat frustrating/unsatisfying to use and all the branding peeled off leaving sticky glue patches

Excellent larger size for spot treatment. I find it to be much more effective than a tennis ball size for psoas or larger muscle pinpoint loosening.
