Bought this step as an aid for my mom to get into large SUVs. It worked like a dream for two times. However the 3rd time mom stepped on it (using by the bathroom sink) the srep buckled inward and cracked into pieces. Had I not been standing next to her, she would have taken a very serious, hard fall! (My mom is tiny. Maybe 5' tall and 120 pounds soaking wet so this failure was NOT due to excess weight) I wanted to write a positive review and give 5 stars but when they they broke. I feel like I need to fore warn potential buyers that they do not last even a month!!! Please be very cautious if considering this item.

Just the right height for stepping into SUV. Well made and light weight. Love it!!

Being short, and having a deep sink, I bought this for putting my dish washing tub on top of so that I wasn't leaning waaay into the sink with every item I wash. It's perfect for that and folds nicely to tuck away when done.

Well...I needed something to prop up my feet and to take along inconspicuously. The footstool is a bit too wide to fit in a large purse/bag to church. I definitely would not stand on it, it's too flimsy. Besides, those couple of inches wouldn't reach much anyway to grab something from a cabinet or so. If the stool would have been three quarter the size in width than what it is now, it would've been perfect for my use.

My friend uses one to help her get into my car. I didn’t pick it up & then ran it over. I replaced hers, and got one for our camper too. Black is fine for climbing on. It folds flat, so it stores easily. You can pick it up quickly, no work to it. It holds people who are large, and doesn’t break easily…but cars will destroy it.

I only weigh 160 pounds and this stool broke within six weeks. I was careful to step into the center of it each time however it still broke easily.

I thought this little step stool would be good for my husband who is in decline to help him step into the shower over the ledge. I received it quickly but when I set it by the shower to use as a step in, good thing that I tried it myself, one foot up and it collapsed and the legs broke off. I twisted my ankle with the collapse but I am not hurt as is not a high stool and I am not heavy. Yes, I properly opened it and set it on a level floor. This is not a safe product for my use. I would like to send it back for a refund
