I paid full price for this brand new book. Several medications have no information in the book, but instead tell you to go to the full online version for a complete review of the medicine. The book comes with an activation code you need to use in order to activate the online version. My code said it was already in use so I can't use the online version. I'd like a refund, or a new activation code.
