Elbow sleeve worth the cost
My PT recommended the Bauerfeind EpiTrain for pain in the back of my elbow. I think that my elbow had started improving anyway, but the EpiTrain enabled me to play pickleball and golf with no pain either during play or afterwards. I had already purchased a neoprene elbow sleeve with Velcro fasteners, but the EpiTrain works better and is well worth the cost. I was between sizes so I bought the medium first but it fit too loosely. I returned the medium and bought a small. It still didn’t feel tight, but it was snug enough to provide support.

Does seem to help with support and inflammation for ulnar nerve irritation
I have had ulnar nerve inflammation since June of 2025 and decided to give a pair of these a try. I lift thousands of pounds of LVT, trim, doors, airless spraying equipment, and very heavy tool bags, etc on my remodel and new construction jobs 5-6 days a week. I wore these for the first time today and I am impressed with the results. I felt zero pain in my left elbow while lifting heavy items and a very small amount of pain in my right elbow which I have been icing and applying heat for nearly 7 months. I will say I will be wearing these daily until they wear out. Expensive but worth it. Glad I made this purchase.

Decent, but also didn't try alternatives. Also pay attention to the instruction manual
I felt that this was ok, maybe not specifically for my type of injury, but I feel compression and slight support when putting this on for tennis. I do wear this when actively playing sports, and the flexibility doesn't bother me. If you are a user, pay attention to the instruction manual as I was a little concerned of stretching the material out. Until I looked at the instructions and saw you had to roll it up prior to putting it on. Ohhhhh makes sense now.

Check sizing carefully - but that may not even be enough...
Various parts of me are falling apart as I get older. Back, knees, and my right elbow. I have a handful of Bauerfeind products and they are all wonderful. this elbow brace is totally amazing. Unlike other brands, it covers a larger area above and below my elbow and has gel pads over the tendons to help prevent pulling and additional tearing. One star removed because for every one of their products I carefully measure as I am told to, then I need to order and return multiple sizes before I find the correct one. The sizing chart said I needed a 2, but it was so tight that my fingers turned blue. So I ordered a 4 -- which was perfect for a few days until it stretched out. So I ordered a 3, which I is just a bit too tight and I need to take it off every few hours to restore my circulation -- but then I put it back on because it really helps with the pain.

Good, but very itchy.
The sleeve performs well, holding your elbow and the area in place. What they don't tell you is how itchy the fabric is and the amount of sweat it helps generate. I wish I could continue to use the device, but taking it off every crew minutes to scratch or claw at my arm is barely tolerable.

It Really works well, just make sure you get the right size
I hurt my left arm a month before a trip to Disney World. It was a reinjury of a tennis elbow style injury I got from mountain biking several years ago. I did it trying to cut a metal support bracket out of the ceiling in order to install a dining room light (at 63, next time I may just call an electrician). This cuff is not cheap, but it seemed like its designed very well. I wear similar compression cuffs on my arms to relief stress pain when I road or mountain bike. I did get a cort. shot from my ortho Dr., but these take weeks to kick in. Between this cuff and some Motrin 800s, I got through my vacation without any miserable discomfort. You actually feel a little relief as soon as you put it on. It stretched a little and seems to break in a bit as it molds to your shape. I can wear it most of the day before my arm needs a break and the soft material-inserts cushions your arm if you hit your injured elbow on anything that jumps out and surprises you. As usual, size matters. I got the size 4 and my forearm measures 30 cm an inch or two from my elbow. Very comfortable and effective after a few days of break in.

Works and recommend
This brace fits perfectly. And works by eliminating pain as it should. My only concern is that it hurts at the bend of my arm on the inside. Is it supposed to hurt here? Other than that it is a great sleeve and I would highly recommend.

Stretched out after one month
Purchased to combat severe tennis elbow in both arms. After trying multiple braces this one initially performed the best. It had good support during movement and reduced pain in general. Unfortunately after one month of daily use they have stretched out especially at the end openings and no longer fit properly. At first I thought the price matched the quality but I would not waste $200 on these again.
