The doctor wants me to get some aerobic exercise so I decided to try the trampoline. We live in a cold rainy area of the US and walking is impossible some days. Using the trampoline keeps me warm and dry plus makes the doc happy.

Get this!! After reading the reviews of how hard it is to put together I almost didn’t get it but I am so happy I did! My husband and I found a video on YouTube of a lady using the NSEW Method of putting the bungees on and we were able to knock out putting it together in 15 minutes. When we were like 75% done it got difficult for me to just pull the bungees so I used the tool and it worked so well! I am 260 and felt very comfortable bouncing and jumping on the trampoline, my husband is somewhere in the 320-340 range and he bounced on it a bit and felt sturdy as well! So excited about adding this to my wellness journey!

Excellent rebounder - bought 2 for my kids for Xmas (and because I want to use them). Great value for money and look good!
