Good for acid reflux and flatulence
I thought these were good, easy to swallow, ideal size, they smell minty, they really helped with acid reflux and flatulence.

My always with me medication !
These are great always carry them with me, I am coeliac and have IBS and these suit me just fine ! They melt on your tongue and are just fantastic . Fast acting as always , I carry them with me in my bag wherever I am , I can most highly recommend them !

Good
Helps with IBS symptoms and provides quick relief. Can cause looser stool while you’re using it. It’s small and easy to swallow and hasn’t caused acid reflux for me.

Good quality and potency.
If you think you can find peppermint oil capsules cheaper than these, check the ingredients. Apart from seeming to be effective, tasting rather nice, easy to take, and easy to get out of the packet, they are also excellent quality peppermint oil, not a collection of chemicals. You have been warned! Don't overdose though, unless you want to experience the popular 60s number, the burning ring of fire.

Read the instructions before taking them
Not what I wanted as it turns out. There are so many precautions to bear in mind before using them. That said, I did try them. Did nothing for me though.

Theyre great
Kind of feel like they loose what they're meant to do after taking them daily at 1 a day. But they're easy to take, they make burps smell like peppermint😂
