Monser sized bag and powerful aroma when opened - forget mini jars, get this.
We get through so much cumin that it made sense for us to buy it in a quantity and transfer to a larger jar. Forget buying the little jars in supermarkets, you simply do not get enough and it is an expensive way to purchase spices if you use them. This is a wonderful quantity, you can be extravagant when using this fabulous spice. I was blown away by the smell of the product the moment I opened the sealed bag, just amazing and so I am happy the contents are fresh or, far fresher than anything in a tiny jar. Have only used it in one dish so far and you can taste it. I will be making Humus for Christmas, this will raise the level of flavour. Fantastic product and great value even if we don't get through the bag before sell by date - we probably will.
